For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "plot888" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at plot888.net, including all associated games, services, features, and content.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of plot888, its affiliates, directors, employees, and authorized agents.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the plot888 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the plot888 platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by plot888.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to actual Philippine Peso deposits made by a Player into their plot888 Wallet via supported payment methods.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time.

By accessing the plot888 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, including any additional policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the plot888 platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on plot888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the plot888 platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the platform.

plot888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access real-money gaming features on plot888, you are required to register an Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the plot888 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

plot888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with such Accounts. In cases of suspected fraud or deliberate misrepresentation, plot888 may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• plot888 may conduct identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accounts registered using false or misleading information may be closed without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your plot888 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

plot888 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from plot888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the Account settings page.
2. Contact the plot888 support team to report the suspected breach.
3. Cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by plot888.

plot888 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. However, plot888 will take reasonable steps to assist in investigating and resolving security incidents reported in good faith.

plot888 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. plot888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.

plot888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which plot888 accepts no responsibility.

plot888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different requirements as stated in their individual terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unused Bonus Funds or unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• plot888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other abusive strategies will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

All games available on the plot888 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

plot888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to Players.
• plot888 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• plot888 may impose individual betting limits on any Account at its sole discretion.

The outcome of all games is determined solely by the game mechanics and RNG systems. plot888 does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the platform or any individual Player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plot888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live dealer games where prohibited by game rules.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the plot888 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or plot888 staff members.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

All content on the plot888 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of plot888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the plot888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any plot888 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of plot888 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by plot888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plot888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption or cessation of platform services for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory compliance.

plot888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

plot888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Extended period of Account inactivity (12 months or more with no login activity).

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the plot888 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plot888 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, Players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. plot888 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

plot888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, plot888 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the plot888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure.
